Brigade Enterprises Ltd, a well-known real estate developer, has reported its financial results for the second quarter of the financial year 2025 (Q2 FY25), which ends September 30, 2024.

The company posted a consolidated net profit of ₹115 crore, up 2% from ₹112.5 crore in the same period previous year.

Financial Highlights

Revenue: The company’s total income for the quarter stood at ₹1,138.1 crore, reflecting a 19% decline compared to ₹1,407.9 crore in Q2 FY24.

BITDA: Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) was reported at ₹358 crore, a slight decrease of 2% from the previous year.

Operational Performance

Pre-Sales Volume: The company achieved pre-sales of approximately 1.68 million square feet during the quarter, with an average sales realization of ₹10,832 per square foot, representing a 45% increase over Q2 FY24.

Ongoing Projects: As of September 2024, Brigade Enterprises has 25 million square feet of ongoing projects.

Hospitality Segment

In the hospitality sector, Brigade Enterprises has filed a draft red herring prospectus on October 30, 2024, with SEBI and relevant stock exchanges, indicating plans to list Brigade Hotel Ventures Limited.

Despite a decline in revenue, Brigade Enterprises has demonstrated resilience with a slight increase in net profit and significant growth in pre-sales volume. The company’s strategic focus on expanding its project portfolio across key markets positions it well for future growth.
